Erb's paralysis in 18 mo old

I'm hoping to get some help with this. I have a denial I am working and the code used on the claim was P14.0 When I look this up it is for a newborn. What I am wondering is should it be P14.0xxP

I've tried looking around in the coding book but don't see any other age specific way to denote that this patient is not a newborn. Thanks for the help!
