P140 dx for a patient that is 15 yrs of age

DefaultP140 dx for a patient that is 15 yrs of age

This should not be that hard, but for some reason I am unsure of this code. Per the icd 10 book, although this patient is not a newborn, she developed this during her prenatal stages and it has not been resolved so even though she is 15 this code is billable. I got a weird gender/dx denial from Tricare. This code was reported with m62422. P140 in first position and M62422 in the second. Does anyone see a gender/dx issue here? Patient is a female
