Payable Dx per CMS for Pacemakers

Anyone out there have an EP Cardiologist who places a pacemaker prior to node ablation? If so how does your doc document and how do you dx code?

All of my internet searches show docs who ablate the node and place the pacer at the same session so they have a payable dx.

I appreciate anyone who might provide some insight.
