Hi...any suggestions on the current LCD for device checks, specifically the 93282, 93283, 93284, and 93295?? V tach isn't payable, CHF isn't payble, this why you get the ICD...has anybody been using Z95.810 as primary and getting paid? That's of course if it was scheduled and not emergent etc...any help would be great. thank you Sandy
