-26 Modifier for X-raysWe recently started billing our x-rays, now that the hosptial has bought all of our machines, with a -26 modifier. We are getting denied for inconsistent/invalid modifiers. Are we being denied if our claim is dropping to the insurnace company first with the -26 modifer...and they don't already have the hospital side with the -TC modifier? HELP!!
