Bilateral buttock abscesses

Should I code an I/D 10060 OR debridement, if debridement what code and why ?

DX, Buttock abscesses
Procedure - Irrigation and Debridement of Bilateral Buttock Abscesses

After anesthesia, patient rolled to side. Iodofoam gauze is removed from. both abscess sites. The areas are prepped and draped. Nonviable tissue is removed with Metzenbaums and a No. 15 blade. Irrigation with peroxide abnd antibiotic solution is followed by repacking with 1-inch gauze dressing and patient is placed back into a spine position , awakened .

Note- day before patient did have an I/D -10061, on same area , then came back,

Not sure what code to use for this day ,
Thanks
